The actual program structure depends on a pre-program consultation between a 3Elements® Leadership Developer and your HR or L&D representative. However, a typical program consists of

Professional leaders should attend both the CoreConcepts™ and MasterKeys™, which provides the knowledge for both effective and efficient leadership.

The CoreConcepts™ and MasterKeys™ are two halves of the 123Framework®, and form a complete whole. Hence, knowledge of the CoreConcepts™ is a prerequisite for the MasterKeys™ program.
